Basic Islamic Studies
The Department of Basic Islamic Studies is a department that conducts scientific research in the fields of belief, worship, ethics, morality and mysticism of Islam, especially the Qur'an and Hadith, which are the main sources for the correct understanding of Islam, and contributes to the education of associate and undergraduate courses in related fields. In addition, as a department of the Institute of Social Sciences, conducts a master's program in Islamic Studies. Our department, which adopts healthy religious knowledge education and training in various fields of Islamic thought as a basic principle, has the departments of Tafsir, Hadith, Kalam, Islamic Law, History of Islamic Sects, Sufism and Arabic Language and Rhetoric.
