Brief History of the Faculty

Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Theology was established with the Law No. 3837 published in the Official Gazette dated 11.07.1992 and numbered 21281. The Faculty of Theology, under the deanship of Prof. Hüsnü Ezber BODUR, started education at Anafartalar Campus in 1995-1996 academic year with thirty (30) students. Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Theology, which gave its first graduates in the 1999-2000 academic year, continues to provide associate, undergraduate and graduate education.
