Philosophy and Religious Studies

The Department of Philosophy and Religious Sciences is a department that conducts academic research on the concept of religion, the social and psychological dimensions of religion, the different beliefs, worships and institutions seen in history, the bases, methods and elements of a healthy religious education, the development of thought throughout the history of philosophy, the basic problems of logic and the philosophical dimension of religion and provides associate and undergraduate education. In addition, as a subdepartment of the Institute of Social Sciences, conducts a master's program with thesis on religious, social and philosophical issues. Our department consists of Philosophy of Religion, Psychology of Religion, Sociology of Religion, Religious Education, History of Religions, Logic, History of Philosophy and History of Islamic Philosophy.
